dance like no one was watching.

So, today we had a dance recital for the Winter Carnival. Definitely wasn't looking forward to it, at all. Seemed like it wasn't put together well, it was going to be super long, and I didn't know my dances. But we got there, and it went by so quickly. It was weird, C wasn't nervous like she usually is, but I was more nervous than ever. Definite turnoff. But it went really well, we all knew the dances better than we thought, and we felt great about it.

EARLIER.

Woke up with him beside me :) he makes me feel like the most beautiful girl. And yeah, we fight, but when we're not its better than perfect. We have fun. I made him a nice solid breakfast of french toast and smoothie. Sawesome.

Went shopping with C at Welk-Mart. Yeahhhh sick. But we got chocolate and candy and that made things okay.

All in all, great day.

So I'm thinking about those people that are shopaholics, and as soon as they see something they like, they buy it.

Well I'm kind of like that. Except as soon as I see something on SALE, I buy it. It's probably the lesser of the two evils. But still, probably not that good.

ALTHOUGH.

There is a beautiful bright side to this situation.

1) I'm more willing to purchase shoes when they are on sale. I find it hard to buy shoes otherwise, cause I'm cheap. So that's nice.

2) I bought 2 tube tops for $9.00 today. Not each, separate. And I've been telling myself I need to get myself some tube tops for under clothes. And I finally did.

3) Most of the clothes in my closet I like. And I can say that they weren't that expensive.

4) Stacey and Clinton would be proud of my wardrobe and probably wouldn't know most of it was bought on sale.

DOWNSIDES.

1) When I shop for other people it makes my life hard. Cause I don't want to be cheap for them, but it kind of happens.

2) Jake's okay with buying me a laptop. I feel horrible cause my present MAYBE topped $200 this year. MAYBE. That's all.

3) When I really like expensive things I need to wait for it to be on sale. And I'm impatient.

Also, when I was at the mall today, I played Wii. Not well, mind you. But it entered me for a draw for $150 for the mall. Which would be a total plus. Just a little embarrassing being in the mall. Alone. Playing Wii.

Sweet Life.

And, alack and alas, the one thing I went to the mall for; a strapless bra, they had none I enjoyed. So that sucks so i drowned my sorrows in $4 tube tops. Which I'm kind of okay about.
