On a plane!

Well oh haii! We are on the plane with wifi! So I am blogging somewhere over the state next to Wisconsin (I fell asleep over Wisconsin, and now we aren't there anymore, but I don't really now much about us geography...Iowa?)
Anywayyss we saw avenue q on Sunday, and it was hilarious. We also went to ground zero, and Chinatown. Chinatown was so brutal and scary and dirty and smelly. Never. Again. I wish we'd gotten to little italy, or katz's deli. But those are the only two places. Oh, and kind of coney island, but I'm not heartbroken over it.
We got to the hostel later Sunday night, and my bed was wet, alog wig my pajama top, and we were all 'wah happened!?' then in the middle of the night I woke up and the ceiling was dripping and falling apart kind of... I guess they'd had a leak. Sweet....
It was honestly justthe worst hostel, ever. We're covered in bedbug bites and it's the worst.The staff also parties till really early in the morning in he kitchen really loudly and our dorm room door is right beside the freaking kitchen!! Bt the hotel was so nice, we had two queen siZed beds to spread out on, a pretty nice view, and, well, mainly privacy. Which was awesome. I think we got the best sleep we've gotten in years.
Hopefully our hostel in San Francisco is really nice! Or at least bed bug free!
I think San Fran will be really nice, and I'm getting really excited for it. I'm alsO really happy we were able to see a show in new York! Okay, I'm off!!

One, two, sree, cheer!

We went to the emPire state building today. Lines are long and I don't like them. We saw the intrepid, which is an aircraft carrier. I guess it was cool. We're going to see avenue q tomorrow, if were able to get rush tickets. I am incredibly tired, my feet hurt, I have lots of bedbug bites, and I think I'm ready for some west coAst chill. Or just a hotel. But we also got stuff yesterday At the NBC store, which was really fun!

New York, New York!

Hi! So yesterday was our first full day here, and we were super excited to go out and exPlore. We went to Times Square and had a long look around, saw lots of the theaters and side streets. We wandered along until we got to central park. We got into thE park, when all of a sudden it started POURING rain. We had nowhere to run for shelter, and no umbrellas, so we had to run underneath the shady trees to try and get out of it. We ended up going into a lululemon, and I was able to get a sports bra on sale, and Jake was able to dry off. We then wandered around in between heavy bouts of rain until we finally bought a couple of umbrellas, which would've made the day a lot easier, were we not already soaking wet. So we came back to the hostel around 5 and changed, and pretty much stayed in the rest of the night, except to get supper. It continued rAining until late last night/ early this morning. Today was supposed to rain, but ended up being quite nice! We took the staten island ferry and saw the statue of liberty, walked around wall street and the financial district, and Rockefeller cEnter. We went back to times square, went in a couple of stores, saw the naked cowboy, and....then came back to the hostel until supppah. Oh and Jake has bedbugs. Aww.
