orientation

Hey all!

So Sunday's in Vienna are extremely low-key. All the clothing shops are closed as well as most grocery stores, but coffee shops and restaurants are usually open. So what I'm saying is I did nothing on Sunday.

Yesterday was our first day of orientation, so we went to that at the school and got to meet a lot more of the people on exchange from everywhere. There's around 70 or 80 of us, and 15 from Canada. There's nobody who is from the US (there are a couple people studying in the US but are actually from Mexico). So that seems pretty strange.

So yeah, we did some welcome games, started our Austrian Culture class, and that's about it. Today we got an actual tour of the whole campus. It's bigger than OC but still not very big.

Nothing of note has really happened. I made some pretty good Brie and penne because Brie is so darn cheap here... but that's all.
